We’ve had more than a few MSPs ask us:
“Can you make it clearer on your site that you’re channel-only?”
Short answer? No. And you should be glad we don’t.
Here’s why.
If We Shout “CHANNEL-ONLY” From the Rooftops, You Lose Credibility
Look, we get it. You want your clients to know you’re bringing in a vendor that works exclusively through MSPs. You want price protection. You want to make sure we are not competing with you in the market. You want to make sure we don’t steal your clients.
But if we scream “MSP-ONLY!” across every inch of our site, what happens?
We stop being the third-party expert.
And we start looking like your marketing puppet.
That’s a disaster.
Because when there’s a breach…
When the insurance adjuster is breathing down your client’s neck…
When the lawyer starts circling with a demand letter in one hand and a deposition subpoena in the other…
You don’t want a channel only vendor.
You want a security authority.
And if that authority looks like it’s rubber-stamping your work because you are an MSP?
It’s game over.
Our Credibility Is Your Shield
We want your clients to read our blogs, download our reports, attend our sessions—and walk away thinking: “Wow, these folks are serious.”
Then we want them to hear you say: “That’s our security provider. We trust them. We brought them in. They have a great reputation.”
You’re the strategist. The guide. The one who already had the answers.
That’s how you lead the conversation—
Not as the guy selling a product,
But as the expert who knew who to bring in before things went sideways.
We’re Not Hiding Our Loyalty—We’re Weaponizing It
Yes, we send every inbound lead back to our Preferred Partner Network.
But no, we’re not putting a giant banner on our homepage that says:
“WE ONLY WORK THROUGH MSPS!”
Because if we do that, we’re no longer an independent voice.
We’re just another checkbox in your stack.
And that helps no one.
So the next time someone asks why Galactic doesn’t shout “channel-only” from the rooftop?
Tell them this:
“Because we’d rather defend you in court as an expert witness than market for you online. There are plenty of other companies out there who will do marketing for you.”
